Who would have thought that one of the men who introduced the snowboard world to Boozy the Clown in the original Whiskey videos, would also be behind one of the most successful new snowboard brands in the industry.
As a company, Stepchild snowboards has survived its initiation. They company has emerged from the hype that surrounded the brand when it first started, and has continued to up the ante by building boards that ride great and that take the punishment riders are dishing out.
Transworld Business caught up with Sean Johnson to talk about what’s in store for Stepchild, and to go through next year’s line.
